Saw this tutorial on one of the blogs (I cannot recall which blog but I will post it when I remember). I made this exercise book cover from cotton with felt decorations. Giving it as a present to one of my friends. Hope she likes it

1st attempt in making a girl's dress

My sister has been pestering me to sew for my darling niece dresses. I have not mastered the art of cutting patterns and sewing clothes but when Mei Lin sent me this link I was so intrigued to try.Haven't had time to try on the girl herself but we will see on Saturday f it fits. I added some felt flower to make it a wee bit special. Still needs improvement but I am happy with my first attempt

Handphone pouches

I was practising sewing zippers on bags and came up with a few handphone pouches. And I googled the art of making yo-yo and thus came the embellishments. Discovered I can make cute flowers, ladybugs and butterflies and with those decorating the bags I sold a few to my friends.

Note: I am making more as I have more orders
